We have some exciting news to share at Aggieland Realtors!

Our team is growing, and we are thrilled to officially welcome Leanne Rodriguez and Rick Kenny into expanded roles as we continue serving buyers, sellers, and families throughout Bryan, College Station, and the Aggieland community.

Both Leanne and Rick are proud Aggies, and we are excited to have them growing alongside our team and becoming an even bigger part of the community we are so fortunate to call home.

Meet Rick

Rick joined the real estate business in 2025 and has spent the past year learning the ins and outs of the industry, gaining experience, and becoming an important part of our day-to-day operations.

From helping with transactions and client communication to assisting with open houses and other team needs, Rick has quickly become someone our team can count on.

As our team continues to grow, Rick will be taking on an even greater role in helping support our agents and clients throughout the real estate process.

Meet Leanne

If you've followed Aggieland Realtors for a while, you may already know Leanne!

Leanne has been working behind the scenes with our team as our Office Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager, helping keep everything organized and making sure the many details that go into a real estate transaction and marketing campaign don't get overlooked.

Now, we're excited to announce that Leanne is officially a licensed real estate agent!

Becoming licensed is an exciting next step for Leanne and allows her to take everything she has learned behind the scenes and bring that experience directly into working with clients.

From marketing and transaction coordination to communication, scheduling, and client support, she already understands what happens behind the scenes. Now, she can bring that knowledge into the client-facing side of the business as well.

Carla will continue to personally oversee each and every transaction.

Contracts, compliance, communication, and customer service will continue to receive the same hands-on attention and accountability our clients have come to expect from Aggieland Realtors.

Our goal is to combine the personal service and accountability of a hands-on real estate team with the additional support and resources that come with having more people working together.
