At the heart of Aggieland Realtors is our team leader, Carla Henderson. With nearly three decades of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Bryan-College Station area, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Throughout her career, Carla has been recognized for her dedication to the real estate industry and her commitment to her clients. She believes successful real estate transactions are built on trust, communication, and having the right people by your side.

Rick Kenny: Real Estate Agent & Transaction Coordinator

Rick Kenny brings a fresh perspective, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people find their place in Aggieland. As a Texas A&M student studying Finance at the Mays Business School, Rick combines his business background with his knowledge of the Bryan-College Station community.

In addition to serving as a real estate agent, Rick plays an important role as Aggieland Realtors’ Transaction Coordinator. He helps keep the moving parts of each transaction organized, ensuring deadlines are met, communication stays clear, and clients have a smooth experience from contract to closing.

Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or families relocating to Aggieland, Rick’s goal is always the same: to provide honest advice, strong communication, and a seamless real estate experience. His attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to going the extra mile make him an important part of the Aggieland Realtors team.

Leanne Rodriguez: Real Estate Agent & Marketing Manager

Leanne Rodriguez brings creativity, organization, and a passion for serving others to the Aggieland Realtors team. As a Texas A&M Architecture student, Leanne has a unique appreciation for homes, design, and the details that make each property stand out.

Along with serving as a real estate agent, Leanne is the Marketing Manager for Aggieland Realtors. She helps showcase properties, create engaging content, and develop marketing strategies designed to highlight what makes each home and community special.

Her background as a swim instructor helped her develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. These qualities translate into her work with clients as she helps guide them through the real estate process.

Leanne is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every client while ensuring each property receives the attention and marketing it deserves.
